Django Swing, based on Minor Swing by the wonderful guitarist Django Reinhardt (one of my favourites).
This is part of a collection of supplemental pieces that students can play during or after my Classical Guitar Method – Vol. 1 (100 page Free PDF). I thought it would be nice to offer a few extra pieces for students to play before they move on to my Classical Guitar Method Vol.2 or during it for enjoyment and extra practice.
This is a relatively easy work but I think it’s wise to complete my Volume 1 method first so the transitions are easy to accomplish for beginner students.

On measures 10,12,14 there is this '(' kind of thing over two notes, but it goes over the notes, not under. In the previous book, the one going under was a tie, what is this one called and what does it do?
