  • The ai and screen functions looks cool, but can you please tell me about the quality of the speaker? I know it can never totally replace a traditional amp, but would you use this to play on a small stage to, say, 300 people in a medium sized hall?

  • Nice demo and lovely guitar playing. Tired of everyone shredding to demo a guitar or some piece of equipment.
If this had been made by Apple, starting price would have been $2,500. Thank God for LAVA.

  • I respectfully disagree. The Lava is a poorly thought out product because when that non-detachable screen goes it's dead, curtains. The Spark range is a much better thought out product because it works either standalone as an ordinary amplifier or using any phone or tablet and it also allows you to tell its AI whatever sounds you want and it will immediately get them for you and allow you to store them in a preset if you wish.

  • Thanks for the review, Marco! It would be great if they integrated your 52 week challenge into the lesson section!

  • Does it have different drums and a looper? Then I could record like I had a band. I would use a bass simulator on my guitar, make my own backing tracks. They could put a nice XLR preamp and some real good vocal modes in there too.

  • I think im selling my spark 2. I put the $10 deposit down. That’s more of what I was looking for when a bought the Spark. I’ve got a tablet connected to it, but it’s still a pain , if you leave the apps focus, it disconnects, and resets when you go back to the apps focus. The jam tracks are all YouTube anyway. You can’t save the loops, the AI stuff is kinda cool, but it not really helping me… is there a pedal, like there is for the guitars?

  • I don’t get the point of this. I’m sure there’s someone out there that would love it. It just seems it will become dated quickly. I can’t see any advantage of having everything all in one unit.

  • 2 questions, is it usefull to play live in a big scenario? (It has main outputs to connect to a console?) …. is it compatible with ableton live ?

  • It's not a video about the guitar but i really like the color of wood on that neck/head stock

  • Just what I need to see another amp I want, just bought a Fender 65 deluxe reverb reissue and I probably would of chose this lava studio instead if I would of seen this video first so now I will have to sell some stuff to get this amp. Life is getting way to hard in my older years.

  • Wird sich nicht durchsetzen….zumindest für Live on Stage unbrauchbar….keine Möglichkeit einen Footswitch zum Presetwechsel anzuschließen….auch den Support kann man vergessen….Chinesen halt????

  • Can I use my own amps sims and IR’s? Real pedals in an effects loops? How about recording plug-ins? Vocals? Keyboards? Import files into recordings? Or am I confined to the Lava platform?

  • I don't understand the meaning of its own screen rather than compatibility with iPad or similar … among other things, a screen separate from the speaker would be much more convenient
