  • OK I give up – what's the chord you're playing at the start of the clean bit. Sounds so moody… great demo and lovely playing as always

  • I'm definitely more of an "S-type" fan than I am a "T-type" fan, but I can't lie, the pickups definitely seem to sound nicer in this guitar than the NF3. I agree though, I wish there was a rosewood option. Any chance you've still got either the Revstar or that Bonamassa Les Paul that you reviewed earlier? I've heard a lot of people do side-by-sides of the NF pickups and Fender single coils, but never with P90s. I'd be interested to hear the three next to each other to see exactly where these pickups sit.

  • Hey, I am looking at the Friedman IR-D and Tone King Imperial preamps and I would like to ask for your opinion.

Which option would you choose out of these 2?

    – Tone King Imperial preamp, and to get a Marshally tone use the Marshall Guv'nor I already have. I generally think the Guv'nor is fantastic and it is "that" sound to me.

    – Tone King Imperial preamp and also Friedman IR-D connected to it.

Is it worth it for you to get the Friedman IR-D instead of keeping the Guv'nor to get the Marshally tone?

Do you know if the recent update completely fixed the Tone King being boomy and a little bit full of bass when using IRs?

    Thank you very much

  • Great video & demo. I really enjoy your low key approach to your videos. No big flashy sets or soundtracks. Just hanging out in your house & doing your thing. It’s relatable & I enjoy your content.

  • I've been really interested in these. I love a chunky neck. Its pretty hard to find sub 1000 dollar guitars with big necks. Seems like PRS is one of the few that do it regularly. This one certainly sounds killer in your hands!

  • Man!!! Sounds so good! I got to play one last week beside my SE DGT, it sure was hard to pick. Both are fantastic. But the SE NF53 was was to much fun to put down. I was so surprised how much I liked the sound. The neck was amazing for my bigger hands.
