exaggerated mids. Lack of compression. Shure is already a mic with severe, often unpleasant coloration, but the Behringer is even worse.
When an SM57 sounds better on an acoustic, you know the other mic is utter trash
Yeah, the sm57 sounds like a microphone, the C-2 like a tin can lol
The SM57 is really great to even out unwanted piezo transients when blended with an internal PU like the L.R. Baggs Anthem.
The sm57 bounced and it controlled the sound your playing almost like it has built in compressor. The Behringer has treble and no compression. I have great hearing skills. I got good pitch not perfect tho.
I prefer Mic 1.

I can hear more vibrations of the strings in the 2nd.
Booth are great
Beringer sounds better
I prefer the c2 but i can deal with both.
2nd ones has mroe high end but its a bit anoying. First has more balance but sounds a little muddy
It'd sound better on a Martin that's not X series
1 = warm 2 = flat
Berhinger c2
Okay hear me out here. Both of them together and blended
1 = clean
2 = boomy
second has less body more high end
2nd sounds louder either is fine
