  • i have this guitar, it has the worst intonation on the G string, its way sharp on the 2nd fret, I have tried adjusting every thing i can to fix it but it didnt change a bit 🙁

  • Nice review, and I'm sure it's spot-on. You are really good, btw. But I just bought a good condition used LT for $99, and it's great so far. Looks brand new. Of course, this is a 6-year-old review. Honestly, I don't know what year mine is, or if it is, whether they made improvements since it first came out. And I'm nowhere near in your league. I play mine for stress relief and the fun of making noise. You look for much more specific things. You're right; it's good for beginners (I still consider myself one). Of course, some might not want to buy this for $269, but a good used model at $99 is especially great for me. Thank you for an honest review with no sunshine being blown!!!

  • An actual review without JUST playing, and also talking about the tuners? Holy fucking shit, thanks.
P.S: This is a 6 years old review, so it may be pertinent to check if they updated anything on the model where you're buying.

  • Bummed they didnt release a wine red. Id buy it in a heartbeat for that price

  • It would have been really useful if when you say it sounds awful you were to play the same tones with something that sounds better for the same price. Otherwise this is just a video of you playing a guitar and it doesn't tell me much.

  • I actually like the LT with the bolts on neck a little better because you can always find it at replacement neck if something should happen as opposed to a glute-in especially the way the headstock is

  • Has this guy been paid to destroy this great guitar, i have one of these but everything he's saying about this guitar is absolutely crapy go try one for yourselves its a superb guitar for the sound quality and the price

  • I just found one on eBay and was looking for a decent review.
This seems to be the only video about this model.
Now I'm wishing I watched the video first,???? good thing I only paid $100 with shipping
    I didn't realize it was a five-year-old video.

  • I'm working on the action and intonation on mine. I noticed the D and G string were not intonated right. I practiced on My Epiphone Genesis first since it's old and my favorite. I can't see how it isn't possible to make this guitar more playable and adjust the action and intonation and put some lighter strings on it to improve it's playability. The tuners do suck but that isn't hard to replace. The pickups are fine for an intermediate or beginner. What do you expect for 269 bucks?

  • I think there pretty good I just got my first Epiphone les paul I’m loving it no problem playing thrash on it

  • I will change the pickups as I intended to in the first place…I already have a roller bridge and I can get some really nice machine heads for around $40-$50 …. if I am really dissatisfied I can send it back and look elsewhere..
