Here’s a beautiful chord melody arrangement (Jazz guitar -ish) taken from the best Jazz guitar (or plainly guitar) method even written.
A Modern Method from Guitar is a wonderful tool for guitarists of pretty much all levels.
I often get asked the question by students: “What type of stuff are we going to learn in the method?” Instead of answering, I simply recorded a couple of pieces from the books. (Volume 2 and Volume 3).

@GoldenNakai17 Yeah… in fact it's more of a demonstration. Lots of people asked me : "Well, what type of stuff are you learning from the method?" … So I recorded a piece from volume 2 and a piece from volume 3.

@lhurien Of course, I knew what you meant in the first place. I just wanted to specify that the resemblance is due to the composer (that had probably heard Polka Dots). The book was out in the 1960's I believe, and the tune was composer in 1940 so… (-:
