Thank you very easy to follow you.
Is it ok to glue your smallest finger to the last string all the time?
Some advice.. if I may ask. I just recently and rather impulsively bought a book on Amazon of guitar notation for fingerstyle songs (Fingerstyle Guitar Songs: Hal Leonard Guitar Method Supplement). Some not so easy songs in there. Problem is I now realise the book doesn't give the positions for the fingers… it just has the notes. The book is not here yet – but I am just wondering how I should approach it once it is. I do play a little guitar so and I am learning to read, so that's there. It's just the fingering I am worried about. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Dear ACPG, Thanks for great tutorial! Very clear, very good pace. I appreciate it! M
Just come across your channel and I'm glad I did! Very good tutorial, my friend. Thank you. Love, love, your Martin!
????❤️????
Great! Thank you very much! Would like to know how to choose one of them to play a song.
This is one of the best lessons I've seen…. not a style I play, but for the last fortnight, I've gone through them all – found my limit and have a genuine practice routine I can work on…. Thanks so much, your teaching style is the best!!
Sorry to add this / point this out since so far – and overall – this is a great informative video – but, in pattern 4, it would've been nice to have verbalized what alternating pattern of the thumb and fingers you are doing after the pinch movement.
Thus, for those like me, that pattern after the pinch and index and second bass-line thumb pluck, the alternating pattern is middle, thumb on 5th string, index, thumb on 4th string.
Thank you! Excited to start learning these!
As a banjo player of 5 years, i don’t know if it will translate to playing the guitar at all but it’s time try!
Is it fingerstyle or fingerpicking?
Good instruction
Great lesson! I do wish there was a progression using D. I always get hung up on songs that have picking on the D as it's root is the 4th string and it always screws up whatever pattern I'm' using on the chords that have 5 th and 6 th string root notes.
Great information, thanks, just starting fingerpicking !
Thanks man. Very helpfull to learn to play guitar. Take care and god bless.
Great job of teaching. You got skills!
6 months!!! I better take out my A&L Dreadnought guitar, might be easier?
Cheers from Canada…. lots of patience needed ???????????? as used a Pick for 40 years!!!
Finger picking sounds great with a guitar like yours
Thanks ???????? Monday 6th 2024❤
Great lesson, Sire! ????????
And, those beautiful slender fingers you've got man!! ❤️????
❤❤❤❤????????????????
That's good. Could you please let know the number of the strings played in pattern number 4.
Excellent ????

lol Cool intro. I'm stealing that for when I'm training!

Awesome!!! I'm going to print out the charts so I can read them through, for some reason that helps me. But I know this is going to be an awesome lesson held within this one song tutorial! Amazing!!!
