Hi Joe i am. “69” been messing around on guitar for donkeys years had a couple of lessons way back but mainly a self taught hacker. can play a bit but very hit and miss. I have been trolling around youtube for ages and came across your unhurried and unfussy lessons. Live the fact that there are not walls if guitars in the background to make us all feel envious. I want to revisit guitar playing in a more structured way. Obviously a 69 I am not overly ambitious and I have never played with others. Any recommendations in where I should recommence my training. keep it up
This is the lesson and style waiting for years ago! Great lesson!

I wish to thank you sincerely for having made this tutorial on Honky Tonk Women in open G. Your unassuming, homely style of teaching is a breath of fresh air. The fact that you have made it using an acoustic is very helpful for acoustic players such as myself. I am going to study your other videos as I am sure you have made a wealth of video lessons available. Please keep up the good work.
Really good lesson, and just the right point to break. Thanks Joe
