They already adjusted the bridge position, their customer service email replied.
Lower tunings require a lot of intonation adjustments

Interesting guitars. I was on their website and found the Spira S 507, a seven string in better quality, for about 550€… and I found a guitar store (Earny's Musikladen, Witten, Germany) for this guitar, not far away from my home… I will try one.
