  • Thanks for your great review! Can you do a review of the Strings too? Thanks!

  • Thank you for that more balanced view. I'm loving this series so far. I'm not the target audience being a hobbyist, but I'm picking up the pro packs. I have told myself that there's no more buying any more orchestral libraries after this one. At least in their pure form. I honestly can't see how they can improve or more deeply sample these instruments without the law of diminishing returns coming into play. With regards to the price you do get the initial money off at the early launch phase and Spitfire have been good at giving discounts for owners of existing AR products. And spaced out as these releases are make them a bit more within reach – kinda like a partwork magazine with the end product being a super-duper complete library.

  • Yes it is expensive to hire real musicians, a studio and so on, but that is the reason we buy samples. When the samples cost as much as a live session, then we, the normal people, start looking for more affordable solutions. Spitfire is rapidly becoming the last place to look for new libraries, even if they are exquisite in quality. Nice video, Ernesto.
