  • Amazing amp! I ditched my Fender Rumble 25 for this Acoustic and completely jumped up to a much more professional sound, completely better overall!

  • I think I need to spend $80 & buy that amp at Norman. You wanna go next week & we’ll test it out with my uBass?

  • also lmao at how the dude is playing q bass worth $18,000 on an amplifier that costs $99. and also the mic and audio interface cost about 600. how about when you review budget gear, don't use amazing instruments and recording equipment? make it sound like it would sound for people who would actually buy the ampliefier

  • I wish more reviews would start by turning the amp on. Tried 3 new amps, every one had a loud, awful pop/thump when turning on.

  • Maybe when you're demonstrating a $100 amp you shouldn't be using a guitar worth multiple thousands of dollars.

  • Does anyone know the frequency response? It's not in the manual or the website. I'm currently using the B25c on a gig provided by the venue. I wanted to get as much info as I could because I don't want to severely slam this product before I have all the specs.
Update: I couldn't find the above info so here goes; I owned a 371 in the 70s and didn't care for it primarily because of the terrible tone from the all-transistor amp. I think the B25c has the same 70s circuitry as it has that same nasty tone. When I use the amp, I turn the midrange all the way off. I find it hard to believe Acoustic doesn't use a class D amplifier. It weighs more than my 175w Genz Benz shuttle 3.0. The Acoustic's low end is almost non-existant, hence my inquiry about the frequency response. Out of frustration, I plugged into the venue's Bose L1 compact which has a low-end response of 65hz. It had a better bass response than the Acoustic and wonderful tone. I think Acoustic is trying to cash in on the iconic brand name to neophytes who have romantic notions of 1969 without producing a product that can stand up to 21st century standards.
