These things are addictive. After owning and using the Deluxe 61 and Magma 57 since they came out, I stumbled upon the Bassrig 64 Black Panel (gives you Fender Bassman and Showman amp recreations) about two months ago… While obviously targeting bass players, it works awesome for guitar – you just can't use the XLR output because it includes the bass cab simulation – using the regular amp (TR) output you can just add an IR using an IR loader or your DAW – I pair it with the York Audio 4×10 Bassman IR and it is incredible! (Have not gotten around to trying Origin Effects' own IRs yet.) The Deluxe 61 into a Fryette Powerstation (tube based power amp) is my favorite analog amp, the bias tremolo is better than anything you find in a Fender reissue or tonemaster.
I go directly into a FRFR! ????????
Thanks!
Love your posts.
Good explanation
