I have a Journey Instruments acoustic/electric OF510 with the case I got it free because a neighbor placed it by my dumpster I watched a video and the person tightening the screw on the back called it a mechanism I call it a Neckanism
Would you say the string slots in the bridge are wide enough to accommodate La Bella Black Nylon Tape Wound in a .060, .070, .094, .115 gauge? Would be interested in getting one of these basses, but the strings they come stock don't sound so great.

This is an acoustic bass, so why dont you give us a sample of the acoustic sound? I can imagine, as due to the size that it wont be loud enough for a band situation, but still I would be interested in how carbon fiber sounds without any amplification. Still this is a good review though, thank you 🙂
