I don’t think clean changes anything. Both guitars respond differently. The fender is a bit more dynamic but the Schecter picks up every little touch. Both guitars are phenomenal. But one is obviously better value for the price. ????????♂️

Schecter for me and im a huge fender guy.
Guitar doesn’t matter. Amp and speaker makes the beautiful sound. Player makes the beautiful music.

The second lick that you play on the Fender, to me THAT is the sound of a Stratocaster. Idk how Fender does it but other SSS guitars just don't have THAT sound.

That is the actual secret.. tone is mostly on pickups and playing, wood .. is fairy dust!! There is a guy who demo that in some videos, even he created a air guitar, just to tables and a pickup and sounded just like a wooden guitar
