Bronze or Phosphor Bronze? D’Addario EJ11 vs EJ16 | Acoustic Guitar Strings Soundcheck #7

Soundcheck #7 as my Restring record of Acoustic Guitar. The sound of both strings was recorded in the similar miking condition.

D’Addario EJ11 strings – 80/20 BRONZE, Light Gauge

◆ Impression – Compared to EJ16, EJ11 has more high mid sound in my opinion. Good Crispy sound when strumming.
For the finger picking style, I prefer EJ16 than EJ11 from the point of the view of its articulated tone, personaly. Whe I play the strumming fingerstyle song, EJ11 seems to work for me.
Anyway, same as EJ16, EJ11 is the great standard string for acoustic guitar. It expresses the sound of the guitar itself without adding the taste.

– Guitar | Ibanez ACFS580CE
– Mic | audio-technica AT2020 USB+
– Pick | Dunlop .73mm
– Dry Sound (without EQ and Effect)
