It is worth checking the efficiency at lower frequencies as the depth needs to be close to say at least a quarter of the wavelength of the frequency to be absorbed.
You could have used a low density non-porous material as the front. That way, you don't really need so much Rockwool.
What kind of foil do you use? Does it reflect in the highs frequency’s?
