It's not the scratchy sound I have a problem with, but the d string & lately the a string, both sound brassy, tinny & out of balance ????.I use D'Addario high tension fluorocarbon strings, I can't seem to play any others ????
Play like Sor, Giuliani, Arcas, Pujol, MacKillop, Luque etc and play with flesh ???? . Before nylon became widely available 1948 onwards, there was still a split on technique with really, Segovia settling the general opinion.
His wife allows no foreplay
I wanna meet your geese???????? mine sound different hehe
Rain song by Led Zeppelin it’s an annoying distraction and I always wondered why they let it remain on the tract, then found out they only did the song because someone said they didn’t have a ballad and they threw that song together as a record filler
Surely it’s up to the string manufacturers to recognise there is a problem and create a string without this flaw.
No if you really what to get rid of it, you cut them just like the left hand.. Booger pickers on a dude. Um No!
Thats cool , but that scratchy sound is awesome
His nails are so fucking long
Why not just use the tips of your fingers instead of your nails? I never understood this and wonder if it's just a holdout from an earlier time of guitar.
Bold of you to assume i have fingernails
Buy Flatwound strings
What about the left hand fingers changing positions on the bass strings? How does avoid 'Rat' squeaks?
I had that very question during this morning's practice. I'm finding that alignment, and adjustment, at least at my level, must be part of the prep. The prep is everything. And at the same time, use as little effort and movement in making the adjustment, if I'm making any sense. A day without adjustment is a day without Fernando Sor.
Right!…and nobody likes being chased by a flock of geese. ????
