Digitech Screamin’ Blues Overdrive Pedal
The Digitech Screamin’ Blues Overdrive Pedal is decent overdrive pedal which is well suited to blues, blues rock or classic rock tones. It doesn’t have a mid boost like a lot of typical “Green” Overdrive Pedals so it won’t color your amps tone too much.

The Screamin’ Blues Overdrive/Distortion pedal was designed for guitarists who want a pedal that responds to their unique playing dynamics while retaining the tone of their guitar and amp. Play lightly and you get a subtle overdrive, dial up the gain and dig in to get rich harmonics and killer sustain! Instead of the “one knob does it all” tone adjustment, you get low and high EQ adjustments to dial in that perfect sound you are looking for! You want subtle you got it; you want your guitar to scream; you can have that too. Get it all in one rough rugged designed stomp box that gives you more output and tonal options than the other guys!

I'm sold…
That is not a plastic pedal. Digitech pedals have a zinc metal case.
tip , when demoing this try the 2nd output into the amp "just to hear what happens" viola , you're treble overload goes away
Been collecting Digitech pedals for years now and the BM will always be my favorite, the SB I will never be able to jive with.
Looks like an updated DOD pedal enclosure, which makes sense, as DOD is a subsiduary of Digitech. Would'nt it be good to see this reissued as a DOD, along with some classic DOD designs and even some new pedals. This is a great pedal design too, front comes off easily and is solid METAL.
Plastic??? Is in Metal, built to last a world war..
Love mine. Does a great Totally CLEAN Boost. Very rare in an overdrive pedal
thAT les paul …sounded sweet with the pedal
they are metal not plastic, sounds good btw
Plastic? WTF? I guess the US models are Different than the Aussie versions cuz mine is all metal. Guess that explains the price drop!
Yeah man, that sounds nice
These are plastic?
Its new version of DOD mystic blues!
That's what a review should look like. Excellent!
who is the lady with the gibson
Great pedal. Got mine on eBay for £20. Sounds class!
Plastic? It's metal!
I've had one of these since they came out and it refuses to get knocked off my pedalboard. It is close in sound to the BOSS Blues Driver but it has smoother drive and more tone control. The speaker emulated output is also great if you want to record direct or if your amp fails you can send this to the board. The drive range is great as well, as it can go from clean to classic rock crunch. I've tried many more expensive pedals and keep coming back to the SB. BTW this pedal also works great in front of other drive pedals.
@4:15 a girl who has no idea what to do with a guitar LOL
Sweet and thick tone you can actually chew it!
This is a great sounding pedal, But even when you dial out all the high freq. there is still an ear piercing top end in the sound. A lot of good pedals do have the same annoying high freq part in their signal. The resolution is very simple. Placing a double T filter (about 50 cents) after the od stage circuit will solve this high end completely. Then you will have a superb sounding pedal. I did this mod many time's and it always worked! You can simply place a guitar eq. after the pedal and cut the high Freq band. Same result.
left handed guitars hurt my eyes
plastic? no…mine is made of metal!!
0:27 "comes with instructions" throws instructions in trash lololol
Plastic pedal?my SB is metal!
How the hell is that plastic and the grunge is metal?
