To be fair to the guitar, I have never seen a sub-$200 guitar have the ability to coil split. So if that's your only gripe with it… I guess it's perfectly fine for the money! That being said, you're an amazing player; I subscribed.
I'm blown away by how grounded Igor is. Despite the fact that he's a fretboard wizard he's a ordinary guy, who's interested in helping all of us reach our potential ????????

Neck is indeed crazy good. I mean, many guitars that are $1k more don't have such nice necks. I did replace the tuners, however. But still, super solid.

The best guitarist! Wish i could take a lesson how to play!
I just bought one of these too, but I'm Canadian so i paid $250CAD… but I'm not disappointed. Felt great out of the box minus being out of tune which is quite expected any who. Couple of finish issues, but i was able to touch them up a bit. Definite a solid beginners guitar, but I've been playing standard tuned 6-string songs on an 8-string for months now, and i started missing a 6 string lol. So i grabbed one of these for a cheap & quick solution, also out of curiosity, and may upgrade it in the future. 100% recommend for someone just starting out that doesn't want to spend too much.

Guys, guitar hasn't important for sound. They all sound same. Just choose by money and design.
