Im pretty sure multi tier pedalboards are designed for switchers so you can put multiple pedals underneath which you dont need to tweak and with that many pedals it will be a tap dancing fest.. I mean a boss es-8 (although 8 loops are on the shorter side for the 11 modulation+wet pedals you have wich you could use another switcher and send it via midi of course) would allow you to run you pedals in series or paralleled which may be useful if one day you find yourself having to run mono, of course a sum box can do the same.
