Create incredibly smooth volume swells or control your effect pedal parameters with any one of the series of Dunlop DVP Volume X pedals.
They are available in three sizes that span from the familiar feel of the XL to the Cry Baby sized X, to the innovative and pedal board friendly MIni.
They all are solidly-built, feature an aggressive non-slip tread, and come equipped with our patent-pending Low Friction Band-Drive for a smooth range of motion without the fear of breakage or change in feel or range. For maximum comfort and precision, the rocker tension on these pedals are fully adjustable.

The DVP XL and X feature front port jacks that provide for standard in/out routing for volume control use, as well as separate FX and Tuner outputs. In order to save space, the Mini sports an AUX jack that can act either as expression or tuner via an internal selection switch.

  • if you don't have shown physical touchable clutch what you could do is sync the supercharger what he say it's like a woman about follicles

  • I bought the Big 10 Inch Volume (X), last week at the Wilmington NC Music Loft.
It's a great volume pedal, I snugged up the torque screw a touch. Placed it in several spots within my pedal board, of which so far, I like the Crybaby to the MXR Commande Preamp, into a MXR carbon copy, then into the Volume (X).
Tonight I hooked up stereo cord to the Expression Jack and into a Boss RT-20 set on Univibe
So, Yes I like the Volume (X). I may buy another because I use the Boss RT a lot, but still want the volume pedal for the swells and all and also I like the option to plug my Polytune into the tuner jack and out of the signal path

  • This pedal is the ultimate disgrace. What they call ‘low friction’ is rendered useless by the ridiculous thin strip of film that break offs even without use. The film strip is barely thicker than tape spool recording tape and obviously not up to its intended purpose. The metal body may look professional but it’s hidden workings are worse that a child’s toy.
Don’t buy Dunlop and if you have to use their slipshod tyres keep your speed to below 15 miles per hour.
PS… The part replacement (which you will most certainly need should you bother to think of its future utility) is close to £30 including postage… and then it will be simply a short time span before you will need another…and another.
Don’t bother. Bin it where it belongs; in the trash can.

  • I have a Dunlop Volume X Mini Pedal DVP4 which is awesome, but actually making some mechanical "squeaky" noises. What product do you recommend? WD40 or synthetic grease ? Or something else? Thanks !

  • Help! I’ve had mine for 2 years now and all of a sudden it won’t give me any swells, it goes from 0-100! Any chance Dunlop could help me out!?

  • On the mini version I have seen some complaints about the sweep, apparently it goes from low to high volume pretty quickly, can anyone confirm this?

  • I have a Boss TU-3 Tuner. Before I go to the rest of my signal chain do I run a cable from the Tuner jack of the Dunlop to the Boss Input jack then run to the rest of my pedals from the Output of the Boss and leave the Output of the Dunlop unused? Or run a cable from the Tuner jack of the Dunlop to the Boss Input jack, leave the Boss Output unused and run to the rest of my pedals from the Dunlop Output jack? Thanks.

  • Can you enable/disable the volume circuit so you can use it purely for expression? Or are they both always on?

  • So you can’t assign the volume and expression to work on different parts of your board simultaneously?

  • Guys, where can i find the replacement internal "Steel Band Strip" for the Volume (X)?
