Effectionate will be my series of videos about guitar effects pedals. Featuring my friends and myself playing through guitar pedals with whatever instruments we can find (but mostly guitar).

No, I’m not spelling anything incorrectly… “Effectionate” is a fun little combination of “Effects” and “Affection”, or basically my (and your) love for effects.

For the first video, I just did a quick and dirty rundown of my current pedalboard. The signal chain is as follows:
Fender Stratocaster – Korg Pitchblack – Whammy Ricochet – CBA Brothers – EQD Arrows – Meris Hedra – TC Electronics June-60 – Boss DD-500 – Strymon Bigsky – Fender Blues Jr.

I’m a big gear-head so here’s all the junk involved:
Mics: Shure SM57
Audio Interface: Focusrite Clarett 4Pre
Headphones: AudioTechnica M40x
Camera: iPhone 7 Plus
