I recommend you to try the QDC Anole VX, one of the oldest (released back in 2019) and best tuned TOTL iem (USD2499). I'm still using the VX and it is still highly relevant today despite the releases of many new iems. Currently I'm having the Unique Melody MEST MK2, UM MEXT, Fearless x Crinacle Dawn and Thieaudio Monarch MK3. I can say VX is still my most used daily iem. My sound preference is neutral with subbass boost, hate midbass and harsh treble, and appreciate more air (10khz-20khz). Cheers!
