Rick beato: just do this thing and this thing beato club
???? was literally just thinking this
Not bad. But..
Ooohhh, now I get it! Thx!
No disrespect, but…Uh, has anyone sent this to Rick yet? #Like That
The god scale
Oops. I thought it was Dr. Grande.
I have that exact guitar!!
you have to make a statement and look off to the left while you queue up your next thought. then look back at the camera. rinse, repeat.
Isn't a Maj 7 an extension of the triad? So you would be focused on 4 notes rather than 3?
????
Rick can't play guitar to save his life.
Yes this + the other half of the so-called lesson: Rick rolling his eyes and thinking aloud and plugging his book and courses.
Unless you've already been sitting in a class with him for about a year, well-adjusted to his discursive habits, honestly, I think he's just an awful teacher.
Yet I tune in a lot from time to time, just because of the topics and things that come up. Yes some great insights now and then too. So, I'm grateful for that. Just need to put Rick in Rick's context.
Great tone, by the way. What's your signal path, or plugins, or whatever you're using?
❤nice
honestly i feel like hes advice is good, but only useful for college students who already have all the required knowledge to follow along his tought processes
Exactly
Technically, A major 7 isn’t a triad cause their are 4 notes. A-C#-E-G#
Are all the arpeggiated Triads that Rick plays supposed to sound the same… cuz they all sound the same
" next time you're playing your favorite blues based song in F# minor, try this amaj7 triad substitution during the final beat and a half of the flatted 14th chord……..doodoodahdahdeedeedeedooodooodooodoooooooo. Like that "
Free Dylan
The accuracy of this is bonkers. Just need "quick lesson".
Only $99 for all the lessons!
I tell you there was this Japanese band in the 80s called EZO , that guitar player I do not know who he is and it is not Akira Takasaki played excellent broken lick scales just like that…????
Rofl you nailed it
I’m not into experimental rock
After Beato plays through some crazy shape or progression in his quick lessons he always ends with:
“Like that”
As if that’s going to make it click for everyone
Gotta say "sus" somewhere.
Bang on! LOL
Ya, whatever
Except you play it better!
?????????0
Word FREE GIT
Majorminor7b6. Like that SERIOUSLY ????
Rick makes us realize. We have so much to Learn. Kinda teachers I wish I had in school ????
I'm trying to comprehend that I understand this stuff Now. Anything's possible
No Wait????
Perfect … Rick Scale
"like that"
Yes! I signed up for the course and that’s it!
you should actually make a tab for this and not be like Beato lol
????????????
Yep! Beato does great interviews as he’s knowledgeable and lets his guests talk. But Rick’s lessons? Just like this video.
“For Beato so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son the gift of perfect pitch.”
Fake it till you make it or something ????
