I just got this same guitar at a garage sale for $40. In great shape too. Just a few minor scratches on the back. Very happy with it.
Ive had one for 26 years. Still my go to and i have owned probably 20-30 guitars. Sometimes they're just gems.
I have one I bought in 1995. The saddle is starting to pull away from the top. Still sound great. I replaced the tuning keys, bridge and bridge pins. Nice job. Keep playing!

Hi, Edwin! I have the exact same guitar but left-handed. I love it! It was the best in my price range back in 2006 when I bought it. It has a nice, rich tone even on the first string. It's a great guitar, you don't have to change anything unless it stops working! Keep playing, buddy!
does this guitar have a solid wood top?
That same exact one has been my bed side guitar and practice guitar for the last 25 years. The electronics still work but I had to replace the tuning keys. The sound has never been that great but it’s built well and has lasted me along time.

1# thing that makes guitar unplayable = Shitty Tuners Wilkinson open backs – slip right in the holes – 20-30 bucks. While your at it upgrade the Saddle and Nut, shit can the passive system on it, and you have a great little blues machine. At least grind down your plastic nut to keep it from choking the open strings Eh.
