I bought this amp with my own money:).

I have tested this Fender Frontman 10G for a couple of weeks… I kind of like it! But it’s no perfect amp…

I tested clean, crunch, and distorted tones of this Fender Frontman 10G.

I used versatile under $200 guitar for testing: Ibanez GIO GRX70QA

  • ????FROM FEARFUL TO SKILLFUL…

There's nothing worse than feeling totally awkward when starting to play…

But this alternate picking habit of the pros will change that for you…

  • I already bought the amp so I watched this. I have the volume all the way up on the YouTube video and I can't tell what you're saying much of the time.

  • When you plug in headphones does it mute the speaker so you can practice silently? 🙂

  • Hi, when I plug my cable to the amp (guitar unplugged), it has this loud static noise. It also happens when I plug in my guitar and worsens when overdrive is on. How should I fix this?

  • I just got one for my 5 year old Niece so she can start playing electric guitar. I ended up plugging it in to see how it sounds and i love it. I'm going to buy one for myself now. I usually use my 1959 fender bassman but this little amp is awesome for practicing and it was cheap.

  • Its funny that no one really shows the aux feature for backing tracks…. I have been looking at lots of reviews – but would like to know what happens when you run a backing track and the guitar at the same time….

  • I got a Fender Frontman 10G a few months ago. Mind you I have real vintage tube amps so I know what I need for simplicity and ease of safekeeping.

This not so pricey amp does the job for me especially when using it during set ups. I don't need a very strong classic loud amp anymore just to hear clear notes.

This amp does the job for me.
Great for private low volume and intense jams. It has some of the classic Fender tones plus the beautiful Fender logo adds to its vibe.
In case I need more, I just plug in my BOSS Fender '65 De Luxe Reverb pedal (FDR – 1) and I get everything I need without spending too much.

    Thank you very much.

  • So after this review, I was sold on getting this amp 😀 I use it for my royal blood rig , with a bass guitar and 15 watt bass amp , and it does the job perfectly, it has no trouble getting loud 🙂 which was what I needed . I put a micro pog through the guitar amp.

I couldn’t have made my mind up about this amp without your review, you really answered all my questions 🙂

    (Works well with pedals)
