i use this for my guitar (it was a hand me down) and i think it sounds great. it has a pretty good tone for its class, and sounds very good with distortion. haven’t gigged with it yet, so i’ll see how it does in that case.
Thanks for the demo, actually a good tone for practicing songs, ideas, and scale workouts. Just saw one in a 2nd hand store.. lady wants $50 for it – same (carpet covered) Rumble 15. Seems a bit high for an amp that old.
As somebody who's played bass since they were 4 I recommend even for beginners who want to learn 15watt does nothing in bass frequencies I wouldn't recommend any lower than 150watta.. only way to go…
I have this amp and it is great for my studio set up , for now.
Price. Please?
Which is better, fender rumble 15 or fender bassman 15?
Thank you so much really helped me <3
This is the older version, which I had until the transformer blew out. It was an excellent amp for recording, but beyond that it’s far too small and underpowered for any kind of live performance.
Isn't that a V2? The V3 has white knobs on the top.
I just picked up one of these from good will! It does not work and they will not let me return it… Yay! I do have the 100 watt version however and that one is greaaaat!
