Sweet guitar! Im looking to get rid of my oscar Schmidt les paul copy and replace it w this only in black lol not a purple guy
New sub here. Enjoyed the video and review. I recently got the blue FDK800 and am overall impressed with it. Very comfortable and very fun to play! The frets on mine were a little sharp but not horrendous. My only real gripe is that the five way selector switch is pretty close to the volume knob. Other than that it’s an awesome guitar for just under $200 on Amazon. FYI, I contacted Fesley about the nut and they assured me it was bone. I mentioned to them that one place in the description on their website said it was hard plastic and they said they would fix it. Very responsive company.

The site says the nut is beef bone. Probably Bessy's femur sitting on that neck.

The upgrades form medium frets to med-jumbo and from techwood to purple heart for the fretboard is seriously a chefs kiss as well as downplaying the branding form the last generation.
