I got the older version quite a while back. Bat blue with the bat-in-flight inlays. Really nice guitar. I prefer the body style on mine to the current design. More of a traditional Explorer shape. Nice binding. Very well made. Enjoyed the video. Thanks for the heads-up.

The one I did a review on was pretty good, ball rounded frets. I think they change the style from time to time because the top horn on mine doesn’t seem to flair out at the same angle and does not have the extra notch. But they are great guitars. Thanks for giving me GAS with the red one

I picked up a Firefly FFLX earlier this year (in April) in purple that doesn't have that extra bump on the upper right point—it does have the same bottom cut-out that helps keep it stable on a regular guitar stand. The guitar is great, though I'm not sure I like that extra bump on the upper right on this newer version. Still a great price though.
I've been waiting for the ffst strat style to come back in stock. Apparently they sell them fast and take awhile to come back in stock. Strange they don't sell other models on amazon, they sell on eBay and have some discounts at times. There are a couple of firefly on goodwill auctions right now if anyone is interested, they are the older models though. The newer models have nicer necks.
