Just saw these guys in Bridgeport, CT (amazing show, Joey!) and I thought I spotted a cadillac green Gretsch Broadkaster. I have the Broadkaster Jr. in the same color and will never part with it. Incredible tonal character out with the filtertron semi-hollow combo.
You should do a Ballantyne backstage tour, I'd be interested to see!

It's weird that players in the Worship genre are genuinely humble and cool people but they all have truly bizarre if not heretical theology based around cultish teacher's and leaders. Praise and Worship, really has empty garbage for its teaching.
Love this! Not the cookie cut rig. Some similarities to my likings:

• Klon
• AC + Fender style amps, and if running stereo, balancing the amps so one is not too much darker/brighter than the other

I love that it’s not a typical worship rig! I bet the tones are so good as well.
i bet this bloke would sound just fine plugged straight into an amp with no pedals. I actually find less means more clarity and demand on the player to let his inspiration come through, or maybe that's just me. my church rig is a mesa single rectifier, 2×12 v30 cab, tuner, delay with tap and a guitar, usually my p90 tele. the rec has a really pleasing warm but cutting overdrive tone with gain low.
