Geezer is such a nice and amazing person, so grounded and humble. There is even no need to mention his style as musician, as this is unique and one of the best ever.
Did Geezer say “I got blisters on me fingers!”? Hmmm…sounds familiar…. ????
Geezer has the best clean bass tone he's a great bassist
Well done, Geez deserves his signature gear! First saw him 1978 with a Rickenbacker 4001!
Absolutely amazing.
ALL RIGHT YEAH
the godfather of heavy metal
GEEZER BUTLER
Can't go wrong with an active bass like a Stingray and a simple Hartke combo.
Nice one Geez!
" got blisters on me fingers " that sound familiar !
Pretty cool of EMGTV to interview the bass tech as well.
He definitely deserves the pro model guitar and pickups .
He is the best
One of the best bassist ever heavy metal has
The credit Geezer DOESN'T get is beyond mind-blowing! Dude is a monster !
I had active EMGs in a Vester bass a long time ago. Used a 600W Hartke head with an Ampeg cab 1×24, 2×8, and a horn on top. Sounded absolutely amazing. You could make such a deep wholesome bottom that it just made everything in the band sound better.
I slapped EmgGzr pickup in a no brand Wish bass.spounds wicked af
I just love hearing him talking about the bass he knows his instrument back to front and listening to him and other great bass players never gets stale
Geezer Butler is fucking amazing! He played with a broken finger in the 80's what a bass player! ;D
If you’re a lead guitarist of any worth then bass is a cinch. What guys play who can’t master the guitar. Come on you haters!
Geezer is a fantastic bass player !!!
Anyone know what concert the footage from 02:30 is from??? Need to know.. it sounds so good
So glad to hear him talking about blisters. No, really.
Master Butler strong bass , big influence metal music m/
Maestro.
What strings is he using because those red ones look sick
blista on mi fingas! never heard anyone say that but i say it all the time in an accent, being an american haa
Does anyone know where i can buy a pickguard like his?… specifically the stripped one on his Lakland bass
Geezer Butler is a god.
God????
There is nothing sweeter than an overdriven P.
What is the (live?) song that starts around 0:30?
I LOVE HIM
my friend knows guizar Butler's bass tech
Responding to the first few statements. I spent way too much time trying to be a guitar god. I literally spent years of my life doing nothing but playing guitar after school. So I feel that lets me say who cares how an album was made. use your ears, do you enjoy it? well then keep enjoying it. Ego isn't anybodies friend.
????Manipulations of the Mind????
Met you Geezer and Iommi at OzzFest 2005, you guys autographed my Fused and OHMWorks CDs & I took pictures, Good Times! ????????????????Black✟✞Sabbathm/⛧666⸸????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Americas really the home of music, i mean I’m Irish, we have our traditional music, then England have their rock bands and the US then, its just wide open, anything you want, any band, instrument, venue. You want to keep busy and expand, you go to the states.
This us an ad and Terry Welty is a poser.
Well, i installed on of them in my P.
It' s a nice sounding, midrangy pickup.
But for me it lacks power.
It's not ,,hot" enough.
What kind of person watches this video and gives it a thumbs down??
very inspirational i like his style
How did he not have a signature Bass? Were the companies sleeping?
