Is that model an American Professional? A Vintage series? Or a reissue? I like the blonde finish
Very helpful, thanks
My fingers always go "under" the next string when I bend
just wondering which notes in the scale are best suited to bending. not too sure. minor 3rd and 4th sound good but what else?
Wow that was the best guitar lesson I ever watched. Gonna check out more from you!
Absolute jewels of wisdom and technique. Thank you.
Muchas. gracias. Por la leccion me ayudó mucho a corregir mi técnica de bending ????????????????
I would love to see a video dedicated to #5 because I still don't get that one. Thank you.
Lost audio at 5:20.
Great video
I recommend a stronger steal string lke max lifespan strings
I angle the pick the same way as you when I play single notes. I sound sloppy when I angle it the conventional way.
What gauge strings do you recommend for those new to electric/bending?
I disagree wholeheartedly with cutting off the bend
Awesome advice, thank you!
I'm doing a 100-Day Challenge – I'm just learning guitar – Check it out please and provide some feedback!! Thank you! I need your help to grow further ????????????
Nice video! Sometimes when I bend the strings above the string that I’m bending get caught in my fingernails and I pluck it as I’m releasing the bend. Is my action too high or is it a technique problem?
Timely lesson for me. Stopping by palm muting at the peak is news to me. I’ve been doing it wrong but I can fix it with practice now. Is it desirable to get to the point where you can bend with the pinky??
wouldnt the last tip create a noise from the neighboring string if it is touched like this?????
Useful and very clear explanation and guide. Thx!
great tutorial
It helped and answered most of my questions. Thank you.
Thanks for all the great info. Getting back into playing after decades away. Quick question; string tightness/gauge allow for easier bending? Watching some pros it’s amazing how high they bend (Gilmour in particular) Thanks!
Very helpful????????????
So the adjacent strings should be that high up on your fingertips? I’ve always struggled with this, and it never looks that way on any video I’ve ever watched.
great video!
you go like 10 times too fast and play too many things around a bend to explain well enough
6:14 really couldnt hold the dad joke in lol
6:34 money shot, that’s exactly what I came here for
Thanks
Im strugling about ending bend at the peak. Thank You for video. Getting trainig 🙂
Just discovered your channel while I was looking for bending tips!
My problem is that I can't bend the high e string when it comes to whole step bends. I can bend the rest strings properly, but not the high e
Any tips?
my fingernail and skin is tearing off what should i do
Only video that I've seen that has accurately taught me how to bend as a newbie. Thanks for passing on your wisdom.
On acoustic, bends are less important, but this is still really helpful.
Great advice, thanks!
Really specific tips. Very useful! Thanks Jared!
Thank you and please keep posting such informative videos
Better then most of the 15-30min videos
Thank you for the good information my friend. Personally this is one of the best guitar tones i've ever heard. Amazing work, thank you.
In my guitar, whenever I bend my e-string to reach another note. For eg. When I bend 10th fret to get a sound similar at 12th fret, I would break my string. Because bending that string is sooo hard. I don't know why that string alone is doing that. I can bend other string easily. Can you figure out where the problem lies?
Great video, are you using a tortex .73?
Great tips…What gauge of strings are you using? Always trying to find a string to both give me a mellow blues tone but slinky enough to bend with chewing my fingers up.
Great job. This is one of few videos that show you how to bend properly. First one ive come across that shows you how to support. Ive been bending with single fingers far too long
Well can you actually teach or show how to perform a bend? What is the hand position and how do you do it? I didnt get anything from this.
what's the size chart of the strings you used? I really want to know cause mine's just thick????
