Guitar Review | Fender FA 135 CE (Part 1)
The Fender FA135CE is a great, inexpensive, entry-level, beginner’s guitar. Loaded with features: cut-away, sleek compact concert-style body, electric pickup, Fishman preamp and electronic tuner, and strap buttons.
PROs: Inexpensive, loaded with features and decent sound quality for the money.
CONs: Requires frequent tuning, made of economy materials and sound quality commensurate with the price.

Curious difference between it and the fa115 and some other fender entries. I probably just need to ride to a local shop.
I bought this for 100 bucks and an acoustic 20w am for 40 and time to get the epiphone hummingbird . This 135ce isnt worth it imo just because its made terrible and the strings buzz the saddle is bad especially with plastic pins but i did only spend 115$ ill up grade some parts down the line and get a epiphone hummingbird IBG before i buy a Gibson Coustom J-45. and use my fender 135ce for my boat and camping etc after i up grade some parts the bone nut and saddle pins . Worth 100$ but for a little more money if you have it get the fender 140 or a used epiphone j45 or hummingbird studio .keep them strings ringing yall god bless
Hey awesome pickin there. Thanks for the review.
Shame that you use a capo, so we can't hear the original sound. Now it's higher up in frequency
What acoustic amp do you use?
CE MEANS coustic electric sir?
I have a Martin om28. I played this today at guitar center and I really liked the neck. It sounded horrible because it had a really bad setup but the neck was extremely comfortable to play. I really want to try a proper one. I love the size and the features.
What's the best electric acoustic guitar in the $150 price range? Thanks for the video
I loved thatyou used ZZ Top and Paradise City as examples!
i'm seriously considering buying this one in limited edition red!!!
Sucker is 100 USD more now. btw, how thick is that neck at 1f and 7f, or 12f?
Everything you said about this guitar is spot on. I wasn’t looking for a review but glad I found yours as it confirmed what I had been thinking as someone playing a year or so. Time for an upgrade!
Is this a low mid or high hand. I mean does this involve pressing hard ont he fret or is it easy on the fingers?
The CE actually stands for Conformité Européenne or in english it stands for "European Conformity". Which makes this an even more interesting guitar. I just thought I would toss that out there because I was curious what the CE stood for and was impressed when I found out. After I found out, I then started looking for reviews of the guitar because I'm considering buying one. This was coincidentally the first review I stumbled on and figured since the CE part was mentioned I would share what I found out. I wasnt in no way trying to be a troll or anything like that. I thought the review itself was great! So good in fact that I will probably pick one of these up.
How could the tuning be improved? New tuners?
1:23 can someone please tell me what this song that's he's playing is called?
Thank you. You've convinced me to never buy one..I do appreciate it.
Good info thank you
Ce- stands for concert electric
Here is what he is not telling you. The set up on this guitar is worth a 100 bucks. Or at least the one I got is. The set up makes my fender 335 like this one play much easier than one with the string high off the frets.
Best strings for this guitar ?
You might have shown me my first guitar. Keep up the good work. Love your Here Comes The Sun.
