  • This man is so humble, some guitarists get so good that they think a more simplistic solo is boring or bland when in reality, simple can sound the most elegant

  • Ok as I appreciate your free lesson I thought you might like a bit of constructive criticism. All I was going to say was why don't you apply the interesting soloing concept to the way you made your video. Now I am not saying that you did it wrong because I watched the whole thing and maybe the fact you did it that way got me to watch the whole thing idk. But I do remember thinking whoe wtf he has just shown his crappy version of the solo and then he decided to advertise his online courses with all these bargins to try to make that more interesting. Good idea but well I don't want to effect your business so I will shut up with another point I could have made but private message me back if curious what that was. But bro it felt wrong trying to sell your lessons before you even showed how you were going to blow us away. And if I may be a little opinionated here. You can play it's obvious but the solo was bad and idk I believe you could have done a way better solo that was crap ans made it way more mind blowingl exciting with dive bombs, pinched harmonics and they are doing all kinds of new things I am amazed how imaginative and brilliant it's getting. And you can get good on guitar in a few months now not like how I grew up doing 30 years ago when there wasn't any internet that cuts out all the figuring it out for yourself. Anyways I got arthritis in my left thumb that just made a tenth of what I used to play like. But I had just nailed my thing which was know no theory and play from feel with so much muscle memory whatever I heard in my head my hands would just do it without thinking about it. Only thing is thou you can't play with different tuning because then you get messed. Anyways God bless you brother and hope I didn't offend just thought I could have just skipped onto the nest video if I was not who I am which one mental case with a lot of pressure trying to be well spiritual stuff but let me know if you do another one like this but better because I know you can. And thank you bro

  • Yes learning to solo can be frustrating especially when you take up the challenge speed picking, At the moment I completely sock at it, But feel the solos I've created are getting better more melodic, despite the bum notes…

  • Sir if your making a solo let say sweet child of mine. Are you depending on triads or scales or pentatonic or modes or arpeggios to make sweet child of mine solo? I'm interested to learn guitar. Thanks

  • It took me 20 days to learn your “not so proud of solo” at half speed

  • You really need to work on your vibrato – strength as well as placement. Like every time you end a run. Sounds like something is missing otherwise. Funny to see someone coming off as an instructor who hasn't got that figured out.
