It's nice to tune your guitar sometimes. Lol
@6:00 ok yeah it needs tuning
bought one a year and half ago, it is absolutely beautiful, both in the sound and design. Unfortunately it suffers from major, and with major I mean MAJOR neck dive problems, almost unplayable from standing position
I'm edging towards the G5655tg, unless anyone can recommend a better Gretsch for under grand??
Can you perhaps announce the notes/tones you played in the comparison? Unfortunately, I could not see the notes/tones from him. By the way, it sounded very good and you helped me a lot
Just bought a amethyst g5655tg it is stunning without a doubt
I have a G2655t and was interested to compare it to this guitar. Perhaps, this could be a future video.
My ears picked up at broad tron pickups. Broad trons are used across their entry level Streamliner series, they are hotter, don't have the same glassy chime and I don't tend to like them. I have 4 Gretsch guitars and much prefer filter trons. I am not a big fan of my G2655t to be honest. I picked up a second-hand G2622 for £200 with a hard case. This was the purchase of the year and in my opinion much better than its little brother. I would also say that the broad trons fitted in this guitar are the exception to the rule and sound great in the G2622. I would love to hear Gretsch's disonic pickups in a guitar like this or its bigger brother the G5622.
To compare this guitar to a Les Paul is a bit like apples and oranges. I am a confirmed Gretsch fan, but when I compare it to my 90s Gibson Blueshawke, the Gibson with blow my G2655t out of the water every time.
I love Gretsch guitars, their electronic range is lovely and step up on their streamliner range in terms of fit and finish.
Great review thanks
May help to tune it. ????
Selling a PRS to get one I love it
Sounds bad
Why do people always say that there’s nothin catchy about G5655TG lmao
Playing was a bit rubbish
What a beauty!
