I used to run this into an ac30 and it would just slam at small and midsized clubs. We played riff heavy pop punk and this was THE SOUND. So many compliments on my tone from other bands night after night. People bought ac30s after playing with us and then messaged me asking how I got mine to sound so fat and crunchy ????

I bought one when they came out and still use it all the time. It is phenomenal for pushing an already crunchy amp

Loved this pedal til it broke randomly.
This pedal does the clean boost thing even better. Volume set above unity (louder than clean when on), gain all the way down (Yes, all the way), the Tone to taste. Wonderful sound. You'll end up getting 2 because you'll need one just for the clean boost. If you want a better one of the same circuit, but with more options… Wampler Tumnus Deluxe. (The Deluxe, not the little one). The Deluxe has a three band EQ. Sigh…. not going any deeper… just know… Brian Wampler does drive better than everyone. Period.
