Ciao Julia, molte grazie! ❤
Why did it never occur to me to play the minor 3rd on the same string as the root rather than reaching across the next highest string?!
That is going to make things much easier, thank you.
Excellent lesson. Arpeggios are very important, they are a basic building block for literally anything you want to do on the bass for every style and genre.
I travel to Germany and Vienna often for work. I bought a Harley Benton that I keep in my office in Leverkusen so I have something to play when I go to Europe and not have to deal with carrying a bass with me on the airlines. I will be in Vienna in a few weeks. What music shops are near Am Tabor that would be interesting to visit?
I play bass arpeggios all the time. It's a great way to get extra notes with minimum effort. Once you memorise the fret positions for each chord interval you can add arpeggios without over thinking it.
Definitely worth learning this technique ????????
Hallo Julia! Benutzt du live auch ein Mikro zur Abnahme deiner Bassbox? … tolle Videos, danke!
Play German!
Just watching her play is worth the price of admission. She gives out such great knowledge
Learner here and I had no Idea I was playing the major Arpeggios! I thought I was just playing a 135 of the Major scale unless I missed something?
Gracious ✌️
Thank you Julia, just what I needed to help me grow as a bass player ! Cheers ….

I found arpeggios useful for refining technique, (playing more precise) and are great for warm ups.

Hi Julia, i have a question: how can i use the 5 fingerings (or boxes) of arpeggios (major and minor triads is enough for now) togheter, like the 5 boxes of pentatonic scale?
Do them exist? and if they do, can you do a lesson about them?
it would be great for me!
