love this sound
the tone for one inch man is the most accurate I've heard on youtube
What string gauge are you using on the GP? I could sworn you said 13-70's somewhere and 12-60's somewhere else. I have some 12-60's on my Les Paul but I feel like they're too much. Some of ur affiliate links says 11-48 tho which seems like too thin no?
Intererstingly I find the sound more fitting when it was reproduced on the mic room for some reason.
Yeah, got the deep and rich sound pretty spot on! ANYBODY HELP – the Subspace pedal, it is hard to get and very expensive, I wondering what a cheaper and more accessible alternative might be?
I accidently managed to recreate this tone (kind of) using a clean-ish Blues Driver into a Turbo Rat. This way I get the fuzziness and the attack of the strings at the same time, and I get the "fuzzy and narrow" sound.
That Gardenia tone is MEGA
Usas mucho pedal.. afinación en C, distor y con las pastillas de graves de la guitarra y ya jajajs
I love Kyuss and I loved this video.
That's my dream guitar, here in Brazil it's impossible to find it in a reasonable price =/
Can i get this sound without the $600 pedal?
This sound has been a part of my life since the 90ties, sounds awesome mate..
Great vid, what's your bass setup here?
Cheers!
Great Great tone!!!????????????????
I love the sound of c standard tuning but hate the slack on the strings.. drives me crazy. I almost need a longer scale guitar maybe?
Sound like The Hellacopters!!
This is the real desert tone!
Make your shit sound as bad as possible and you get to sound like kyuss. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk
Sounds nothing like when I play Kyuss. Sounds good.
????
wow this tune is insane 😮
Homme used bass amps for Kyuss, that's how he got those thick low end tones. It doesn't sound as good through a regular guitar amp. Not deep enough.
That is a cursed thumbnail with an Eastwood guitar and Josh homme ????
