To be fair. Just because a reverb is spring reverb doesn't mean it's good. And most digital reverbs have gotten pretty damn good. I think in this case, this is just progress, rather than downgrade.

most modern design amps have digital reverb because the spring reverbs are much more expensive and much less durable & reliable and need more space..since the series one was a big flaw for me i never cared much about blackstar but this amp really caught my attention !
