I’m looking forward to the follow up after to intonate it with new strings. I bought a Steve Vai with the colorful fretboard. Had plastic pieces on the tremolo and the locknut pieces were plastic. Wood was too soft. They either drilled the screws in at an angle. One of the other. Sold it as a wall hanger on marketplace ????????????got 3/4 of my money back out of it. They got a seafoam green ultra luxe tele on there now,couldn’t pass it up because I work on them too. That may be a good one for you to review.

Say it's a crappy guitar, and pander to Gibson, suggest that they send you a guitar, and maybe you'll get one. Possibly sounds like a strategy rather than honestly rating the Grote guitar.
They sound terrible but look cool.
Last year I got something similar, a copy of an ES 335 sold by Best Choice Products for $139. Been playing for 58 years now and wasn't expecting it to be look and play as good as it does. The detonation was right on and the only thing I did was put some Elixirs on it and raise the pickups.
But the guitar you're in the thumbnail photo with, is not the same guitar you're holding in the video, i.e. split block mother of pearl neck inlays, vs. plastic block inlays, different body shape, notably, upper Horn shape, different Trem arm and Tailpiece. Totally Different. Why Do that?????

Nice guitar for the money. I can imagine what the real thing would cost.
Now you need to learn how to play it.
I’ve seen Bc Rich IronBird models on Temu that also don’t show the headstock and are also 264$ range but I’m ITCHING to find out bc if I get a solid mold for mod to make it an actual beast guitar I’m down! I just can’t trust 264$ on temu ????

I bough this EXACT same guitar…and 3 others, plus a Bass. AND I DON"T PLAY ANY OF 'EM ! They look good, and gives me something to screw around with when I'm in the mood. Otherwise nice wall hangers for now. Good video, let us know if you rebuild this, but I really liked the Red and Brass contrast colors on this one. I'll probably get more use out of the electronic drums I bought though !

$250 is excellent for a pretty guitar, semi body, great color and sounds. Add a amp for $300 and for $500 you are jamming that's a awesome deal. Some people don't want to spend thousands of dollars on just a guitar
Ebay is the "flea market of the internet". Temu doesn't sell ratty used stuff like Ebay.
