I live in Europe. Can't really get Firefly here. Our equivalent is Harley Benton, but they don't get quite as blingy as these.
But the idea that a budget brand is going to kill a brand like PRS, is of course silly. Most people who could and would drop 5 or 10 grand on a guitar, wouldn't be seen dead with a $200-300 one, because the price and bragging rights are part of the point of getting one.
But let the snobs blow their cash. Money can't buy you talent or creativity. If you got the chops, you can make any guitar sing. A ton of classic rock and metal music was made with budget and entry-level guitars…
I'm guessing you have never owned or played a PRS. Pretty looks is not what makes a PRS. You keep buying $250 guitars and you keep telling yourself they are just as good as a PRS. I will keep laughing
I wish PRS would do colors like that for cheaper models. That’s all I would love to see cause I’m a guy that loves vibrant colors like Sunburst and other burst colors.
Firefly should be hooking you up with a couple guitars for some demo videos.
Waiting for them to drop a black explorer then might pull the trigger, Canada its tricky to get these but i have several LPs from them still come under 400 after shipping but our dollar is at an all time low now yaaay so well see next time that guitar is beautiful though
