A little about me:

Sean, I think when you say Intermediate in the title you shouldn’t have to explain bar chords and hammer-ons in such detail. Otherwise, fabulous as always!
I must have retarded fingers. I have a problem with the hammer-on on the Dm7 chord. I remember this now from a similar lesson in the past. They won’t separate and work right in those 2 locations. Every once in a while I get it, so I guess I have to just do it over and over ad infinitum until I can do it. I love the sound of this, when it works right. I mean I could play it w/o the hammer on with the chord, but it doesn’t sound anywhere as good. I have short fingers. Maybe that’s it

I noticed you refer to the strings with their note names rather than numbers. This is helping me to cement the string names in my head. If only I could get used to the American way of referring to pinky and pointer fingers etc.
I always seem to have a problem moving from the chord position to the lead position and end up doing movements like these in with open chords. Any pointers? (no pun intended) or is that like asking for directions to Carnegie Hall?
