By far the best review I’ve seen of this guitar. I had this very same model and I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of it. I’ve since bought a couple other Fesley guitars and I play those out live when I don’t feel like risking bringing out some of my far more expensive guitars. Great video man!????????
@CompanyGripGuitar I just discovered your channel (subscribed) and really like the way you do the sound tests with the split screen. I believe you try really hard to do a true unbiased comparison when doing A/B's…like in your Billie Joe Armstrong models video. I'd like to see you borrow both a Fender Strat and the Squier Strat that Amazon had on sale for $99 on Black Friday & "blind A/B" them to see if I can pick them out. Detail how much setup work you had to do to the $99 guitar to make it acceptable for someone just starting on guitar. Keep up the great work!
Thank you!????????
first thought upon seeing it is that it looks like an RG.
I thought it was hilarious you describing your reaction to dings on your guitars. Imagine having my US Fender Tele that was pristine (wish I could say that about my Gibson) and watching the beautiful Penny finish get little bliaters for no reason and then seeing the paint fall like snow. To reveal a silver and maple looking ash borer pattern underneath.
I would have never complained if someone gave me that rig as a kid.
Looks and sounds pretty good for a $250 guitar. I wish they had things like this when I was first learning. Nice review.
