  • I have a Rey mahogany. It needed a bit of bench work, but plays great and sounds damn good for a "cheap" guitar!

  • I owned a Martin HD-28 for 10 years and I swear to you that I enjoy my Orangewood Oliver-M Much more! I'm not trying to convince you that It's a better guitar but I promise you that it's a great guitar!

  • I've had mine for a couple months now and have just about played the strings off. The solid top is starting to open up and ring beautifully. I can't wait to hear what this sounds like in the future.

  • Bought my lefty for $156 during their black friday sale. As a lefty, you take what you can get, so needless to say I'm pretty excited to get my fingers on it.

Wish it was a little deeper like a dreadnought, but hey, can't get too picky.

  • Sounds like a $195 guitar…BUT… I bet a new set of good strings might make a difference (maybe some Elixir Nonoweb 80/20 bronze). Also if it’s playability is such that it wouldn’t discourage a new student player then it is definitely worth it.

  • what are those chords you play high up the neck when you're strumming hard at the end? They're not the typical barre chords? what are they? Like at 2:48

  • Love mine. My $1300 Martin never brought me as much joy. Weird huh? Got lefty Morgan a few days ago. So amazed at the value!!! Set up to perfection.

  • It's pretty damn good for $200 but as long as yamaha is making the FG800 and FS800 for $200, I think yamaha still owns the budget guitar world

  • I've had it since late November, have been using it for fingerstyle pieces. It's really grown on me. Just tuned it to DADGAD, and it really took to that particular tuning. Seems to like the strings a little on the slack side. For 2 bills (or less), hard to complain.
