You can connect your different arpeggio positions through position shifts. I recommend starting out by connecting them on the 1st, 5th and 6th strings. You can then continue working on putting them together on the middle strings.

This process should be repeated with your favorite arpeggio qualities. I recommend starting out with Maj7, Min7, 7th, Min7(b5) and Dim7.
