Jazz Fusion Hacks: You can switch up scales mid chords using wind up type movements w/ Hybrid Picking to create sounding lines.

In today’s video I am using D Dorian over Dm7, both G Altered and G Whole Tone over G7 and Em Pentatonic and C Lydian Augmented over CMaj7.

The trick is to focus on similar looking symmetrical patterns on the scales. This helps to blend the sound of the scales together.
