Hi, at 8 yrs old, my neighbour got up at 5am, played guitar, then go for a jog. I started the same routine so I could play, I had no guitar. After a week, he came to my dad, said 35 bucks, I give up, the kid runs circles around me, I was deep in Bluegrass picking, It was before Country phase. Kids need guitars. At home, everyone in music class dropped by to tune their guitars, only had a 6 note blow pitch pipe….lol, I do have perfect pitch now, made many bucks at campsites doing repairs, some nights the guitars saw fire. I was rescue. At 62, only rescuing myself. Be well.
