Welcome to this July Guitar Tutorial by Noah Cyrus!
This is a beautiful country pop track with some really beautiful lyrics. I’d never really hear Noah’s music before but she’s incredible! This song has a simple strumming pattern throughout and makes use of good old fashioned palm muting to give the song a more chilled folk vibe. The chords of the song are relatively simple so it’s a great song for beginners.

Palm muting tip for those who can't: stuff some cloth between the strings and the guitar. Works quite well????

Could you do "Whiskey" by Trampled By Turtles?
Quick tip, I found it easier to skip the c/b entirely and just go straight to c but pluck that fifth string first. Hope that helps ????

the F with the thumb blew my little newbie mind
Can someone please help me! When am strumming, am i supposed to strum all strings except for the one with an x? And when am strumming up, should i hit all the same strings i hit when i strummed down? Am new to strumming haha….only done fingerpicking
