KEMPER/AXEFX for $80 on Amazon!? | Lekato Tank G Review & Demo

*note* the guitar I used for this demo was the Epiphone Yungblud SG Junior, which has a P90 pickup. That explains any “hissing” you hear.

Want to see if the Lekato Tank G can hold its own against something like the Kemper, AxeFX, and Line 6 Helix? I don’t have any of those, but I have this, good enough. Let’s put this $80 guitar multi-effects processor from Lekato, available on Amazon, to the test. Spoiler alert: it’s pretty impressive for the price! #GuitarGear #AffordableOption #YouTubeReview

  • QUICK NOTE BEFORE YOU COMMENT: The guitar I used for this demo was the Epiphone Yungblud SG Junior, which has a P90 pickup (sorry I didn't actually show myself playing it), but that explains any "hissing" or extra noise you hear. I've been seeing a lot of comments about the unit itself is noisy, that is not the case at all, I promise. It's simply some 60 cycle hum from the pickup. Remember that is also has a noise gate built in as well and works great with other pedals, so if you have your own, you can use that as well!

  • Claickbait isn't going to get you anywhere. This sounds nothing like, nor has anything close to an AXEFX. Clickbait gets the downvote, everytime. make better videos and you won't need to do this.

  • Having to click 2 buttons at the same time to switch patches/banks is a serious flaw. Everything else is decent. Thanks for the review.

  • What's it like gigging it for around 6 months? A friend gigged a Kemper for around 8 months around the UK and Ireland and it was faultless

  • New subscriber here. I have used a Tech21 Flyrig RK5 v2 for years. I dig these types of boxes. This one sounds great and has lots of options. Nice job!

  • Great! Now I only need 8 years of playing 4 hours a day to be a half decent guitar player and actually sound good ????????

  • Saying it’s an Axe/fx or Kemper for $80 is like saying a Ford Fiesta is a Ferrari for $10000. It clearly isn’t!

  • Whether you like this kind of digital gear or not, it is a testament to how inexpensive or cheap SMT / surface mount technology is to make. 99% of FX pedals made today are SMT builds. Boutique gear means nothing today, I digress. Think about $12.00 per unit but you pay 199.99
Cheap micro parts that can't be repaired. I find these greedy #$$%%^ disgusting. A EYE has taken over the industry because guitars, amps, pedals , keys ETC. are dirt cheap to make. The only ones who benefit is them. Do your research. They play on your ignorance, don't be a dumb as.
