May I humbly suggest if Kiesel offers you another guitar to ask about the AE185. It is kind off menu but I am sure they can still make them. Super light and very unique guitar.

I missed the live stream . On the subject of HB I have 4 of their basses 2 lower end models , the JB75 and the PB50 . The latter is superb and punches well above its price point , the Jazz is decent but heavy and a chunky neck . The other 2 are a BZ4000 and a 5000 the 5000 is a five string and the 4000 a 4 string . Both neck through , active/passive 18v preamp and stunning timber and build quality but weigh a ton . I've had tons of compliments on them at gigs as they look killer with flames sycamore tops and 5 piece necks . The 4000 got more stage time than my custom built P bass . I also have one of their Strat copies in Dakota red with gold hardware and maple board with a V shaped 50s style neck . I've modded it with CTS pots and upgraded switch and jack , it's superb , but not as good as my 99 US Fender . My son has the Les Paul copy and again it's a great guitar and he loves it . The previous owner had done the Greeny mod to the neck pickup . The switch broke after just over a year , so I've replaced it with a Switch craft switch and going to swap out the tuners for vintage style klusons as the ones on it are cheap quality , but other than that it's great . It's also lighter than any Les Paul I've ever played or owned , so I'm a fan of their kit . It's cheap enough to mod easily to your tastes but I understand QC is hit or miss but 4 basses and 2 guitars we have are all good so maybe just lucky .
Harley Benton are basically unfinished you have to put money in them to make the good…dont bother
